Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3–5 business days
- Other cities & remote areas: 5–7 business days
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping on orders above Rs 2,000
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. A COD fee of Rs 250 applies.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp at your registered number. You can use this to track your order with our courier partner.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date at qurexhub@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 371-4991387 with photos of the damage.
